21 Bloomsbury, located near Tottenham Court Road Station, is a £40million refurbishment project which will retain 95% of the original structure in a bid to provide state of the art amenities while minimising the carbon footprint. Galostar have been appointed to deliver internal blockwork, façade brickwork and chimneys.
